  • Support CCAR and Quarterly Stress Testing forecasting for derivatives, including scenario analysis, forecasting, and engagement with Model Risk Management.

  • Partner with Risk, Finance, Regulatory Policy, Technology, Data, and Business teams to improve CCR analytics, data quality, and reporting infrastructure.

  • Drive enhancements to controls, governance, automation, and process design to increase transparency and efficiency.

  • Support regulatory, audit, and internal review requests with robust analysis, clear documentation, and strong control evidence.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • 10+ years of experience ideally with strong exposure to regulatory capital, counterparty credit risk, derivatives risk, market risk, stress testing, capital analytics, or finance control.

  • Solid understanding of Basel capital frameworks and derivatives products, ideally including SA-CCR, BA-CVA, FRTB, or CCAR.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex risk and regulatory topics into clear business insights.

  • Experience working with large datasets, capital calculations, controls, reporting processes, or model governance activities.

  • Confidence in partnering with senior stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Technology, Model Risk, and Business teams.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to diverse audiences.

  • A continuous improvement mindset, with a keen interest in automation, data quality, and scalable process design.

  • Proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, VBA, Excel, Bloomberg, Python, or AI-enabled analytics is an advantage.
