Job Description
Reserving on US GAAP, IFRS and STAT reporting basis for designated productsUnderstanding of roll forward analysis and assumption changes/impact for designated productsHandle cash flow projection calculations for designated productsReview SOX controls and handle audit questions independentlyCode enhancements in models for regulatory changesHandle year-end statutory reportingSupport improvement initiativesDrive Team Objectives and generate new ideas for team developmentSupport ad-hoc projects if anyGuide a small team of junior resourcesDevelop documentation around the existing processes
Qualifications
A graduate in Statistics/Mathematics/Finance/Actuarial from reputed institute with relevant experienceGood knowledge of US Products and regulation - Life insurance, annuity or pension productWorking knowledge of GGY AXIS, SQL and Advanced ExcelAbility to coach and train junior resourcesStrong analytical ability
