Deputy IT Product Owner - SAP Production to Stock ( P2S)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP P2S Senior Consultant for the deputy IT PO role. The role will lead the P2S team and be responsible for delivering P2S continuous development business requirements for SAP R/3 & S4 HANA. It requires strong P2S domain knowledge, proven experience in both SAP R/3 and S4 technologies, expertise in process optimization and system integration initiatives, and the ability to lead, support, and guide teams toward timely and high-quality delivery

Roles & Responsibility :

• You are leading a team of experienced IT consultants and developers and actively develop the team to work in an agile organization.

• You describe the overall vision for the Production to Stock chain, considering strategic objectives from Automotive Business team, overall SAP strategy and architecture.

• Furthermore, you actively participate in the process design, keep focus on technical aspects, drive re-usability and the usage of SAP Standard.

• You will consult User Department and Governance Functions in all P2S related questions and align dependencies with adjoining process areas.

• Additionally, you are an active part of the development team, identifying dependencies or constraints and prioritizing the backlog in refinement

• You will conduct the Product Lifecycle Management for your process chain, incl. Design & Build, Rollout, Support & Maintenance.

• Collaborating with other IT Product Development Teams and Chief Product Owners to identify synergies and drive standardization will be one of your tasks.

• You address cross-team prioritization conflicts and drive resolution with other Product Owners.

• As a product owner you define the team set-up within E2E process, identify required competencies and ensure staffing.

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering / IT / or related field

Experience :

Minimum 10 years’ experience in design/ implementation/ consulting in P2S , experience in SAP developments as leader of expert teams

Mandatory/requires Skills :
Expertise in production IT applications,  SAP R/3 & S/4 HANA in Production Planning & execution, Knowledge in Solution Manager & Jira Tool

Preferred Skills :
Certification in Supply Chain Management & Agile methodology
