We boldly go.

Where is the work:

• Act as 1st point of contact for Customer Support and Escalation
• Coordinates service resources and assigns team members to routine maintenance and projects using our Service Operating System
• Understand the service contracts to schedule and arrange service team to the jobsite and execute the work properly
• Provide updates to customers regarding service attendance and work progress
• Ensure Service teams are activated and deployed to site whenever a service call is received
• Schedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability.
• Interacts and communicates with field service technicians and Operations Managers/team leaders to assign/dispatch technicians to customers’ job sites.
• Coordinate resolution of issues with appropriate support areas as necessary.
• Monitor status of customers’ complaints and track closure of cases.
• Provide feedback to management regarding necessary changes and updates; including policies, upgrades, and customer care issues.
• Monitor Start-Up projects and schedule on time including instruct process for hand over in advance
• Support document claim for initial process for warranty matter
• Planning for customer call and advise about chiller problem via phone support customer call about chiller problem and planning technician to check if necessary
• Handle field technical reports and provide to internal and external customer timely
