Job Description
- Maintain and reconcile petty cash records.
- Compliance & Record Management.
- Issue and record Waste Gate Passes daily and reconcile Waste Gate Pass ledgers with Head Office.
- Manage government license renewals and ensure timely fee deposits.
- Update and maintain vendor contracts, agreements, and purchase data files daily.
- Process utility bill payments as required.
- Prepare and submit daily working reports and cashier sales reconciliations.
- Tracking and reporting of all customer receipts from bank statements.
Qualifications
Education: University degree (Bachelors or Masters), preferably Business Management with a specialisation in Management or Finance related subjects.
