Christie’s, maison internationale de ventes aux enchères et leader du marché de l'art, recrute un(e) Assistant(e) de département pour les ventes aux enchères de voitures de collection organisées par Gooding Christie's.
Il/Elle aura pour responsabilité la gestion des archives et documentation des véhicules pour les deux ventes aux enchères suivantes :
- So Car in Geneva (November 2026)
- Retromobile in Paris (January 2027)
Rôle
Gestion des archives et documentation des véhicules
- Participer à la collecte, l’organisation et l’archivage des dossiers historiques des véhicules consignés.
- Vérifier la complétude des documents reçus (factures, certificats, historiques d’entretien, correspondances, rapports d’expertise, documentation constructeur, etc.).
- Numériser les documents et assurer le classement et le suivi des documents selon les standards internes.
- Préparer les dossiers documentaires destinés aux spécialistes, catalogueurs et clients.
- Contribuer à la mise à jour des trackers et outils de suivi.
- Aider au suivi des demandes internes.
- Être un point de contact pour les besoins liés aux archives et à la documentation des véhicules.
- Participer à la restitution, l’archivage final et le classement des dossiers.
- Autres tâches demandées par le manager/ l’équipe de vente.
Profil recherché
- Excellentes capacités d’organisation et grande rigueur.
- Sens du détail et aptitude à gérer des informations confidentielles.
- Bonne maîtrise d’Excel et des outils Microsoft Office.
- Français et anglais courants (écrit et oral).
- Esprit d’équipe, proactivité et autonomie.
