Dentist & Dental Practice Coach

We're seeking an experienced Dentist & Dental Practice Coach to work with clients looking to grow their clinical skills and build a successful dental practice. This role includes teaching core skills in patient care, treatment planning, and surgical procedures, as well as guiding clients through specialties and certification requirements. Coaches also support clients navigating purchasing a practice and understanding oral health education best practices for their patients. On the career side, coaches offer resume review and interview prep, along with networking strategy and salary negotiation tailored to dental professionals. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience as a practicing dentist or dental practice owner (as a dentist, practice consultant, or industry professional), a strong understanding of both clinical care and practice management, and a clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.
