All Smiles Dental Group located near Powers and Bloomington is hiring! We are seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team, full-time.

Schedule: Full-Time
- Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm
- Friday 8am-2pm
- 1 Saturday per month 8am-2pm
Compensation: $20-$25/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance

Responsibilities:
- Provide a welcoming and positive patient experience, both in person and over the phone
- Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients
- Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records
- Present treatment plans and schedule follow up appointments
- Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts
- Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service
- Maintain a clean and organized front office and waiting area
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of dental front office experience
- Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections
- Confident presenting treatment plans to patients
- Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!)
