Dr. Susan Seto's team at Cross Keys is looking for a Dental Hygienist in Baltimore, Maryland to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a collaborative, team-based environment. As a Dental Hygienist on Dr. Susan Seto's team, you'll provide exceptional care through routine cleanings, periodontal therapy, assessments, and patient education while working alongside a supportive team of dental professionals. Position Overview

Our team works closely together in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with advanced technology, including Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT), Overjet AI, a CBCT scanner, hygiene lasers, and digital imaging. These technologies help us deliver exceptional patient care while giving our hygienists the clinical tools and support they need to provide high-quality care with confidence.

Whether you prefer working in a single-column or dual-column hygiene schedule, we strive to create an efficient workflow that allows you to practice at your highest level.

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday with flexible days and hours
  • Part-Time: Ideal for candidates seeking 3 days per week
  • Full-Time: Flexible 4–5 day schedule

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments  
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care 
  • Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays 
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols 

Qualifications

 

  • Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene 
  • License: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) 
  • Certifications: Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort0
