Description du poste
Mission principale
Le Delivery Manager pilote la livraison des projets/services en garantissant le respect des délais, du budget et de la qualité. Il est le point de contact clé du client et veille à sa satisfaction tout en coordonnant les équipes.
Missions clés
- Assurer la relation client et comprendre ses besoins
- Piloter plusieurs projets (planning, budget, KPI)
- Anticiper et gérer les risques et escalades
- Coordonner les équipes internes (chefs de projets, experts)
- Suivre la performance et assurer le reporting
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des pratiques et outils
Qualifications
Profil & qualifications
- Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets (Agile, PMP…)
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets complexes en parallèle
- Excellentes compétences en communication, leadership et négociation
- Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (JIRA, MS Project…)
- Esprit collaboratif, orientation résultats et client
- Bonne compréhension des enjeux business et du contexte opérationnel
