About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of IT projects and technology initiatives. In this role, you will oversee cross-functional technical teams, ensure high-quality solution delivery, and act as the primary liaison between IT, business stakeholders, the PMO, and external partners.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with exceptional leadership, communication, and project delivery skills, enabling teams to deliver innovative solutions on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional technical teams, including software developers, QA engineers, and technical specialists, throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Own the end-to-end technical delivery of multiple IT projects, ensuring successful execution from planning through deployment.
  • Serve as the primary IT point of contact for the PMO, business units, third-party vendors, and technology partners.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans, priorities, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Provide technical leadership to ensure solutions meet architecture, security, quality, and performance standards.
  • Manage IT project scope, schedules, resource allocation, deliverables, and technical dependencies.
  • Facilitate technical discussions, drive decision-making, and resolve delivery challenges across stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks while proactively managing project dependencies and blockers.
  • Coordinate smooth transitions between development, testing, release, and production deployment activities.
  • Monitor delivery progress, resource utilization, project health, and technical performance, providing regular updates to IT leadership.
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across technical teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in software development, IT project delivery, or technology leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing technical teams and delivering complex IT projects.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, SDLC, Agile, and Scrum practices.
  • Experience working with PMOs, business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, application delivery, quality assurance, and deployment processes.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are considered an advantage.
