Job Description

NIQ is seeking an Advanced Analytics Analyst to support the delivery of Assortment Optimization projects. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end analytical and consulting activities, transforming data into actionable recommendations, and partnering with clients and internal teams to answer key business questions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Advanced Analytics projects of low to medium complexity from start to finish.
  • Analyze data and translate findings into clear business recommendations and insights.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
  • Work closely with clients, Sales and Modeling teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Support project management activities, including follow-up on actions, risks, and dependencies.
  • Present results and recommendations to clients with confidence and professionalism.
  • Identify client business challenges and propose analytical solutions.
  • Contribute to training and coaching junior team members and interns.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of client needs and business challenges.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a cross-country environment.

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Analytics, Consulting, Market Research, Consumer Insights, or related fields.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Advertising, or related disciplines.

Tools & Systems

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

Language Skills ENGLISH
