Dedicated Class A CDL Driver | Home Weekly Fleet

Job Summary: We are seeking experienced CDL Class A Solo Drivers for a dedicated route running between Spring Hill, TN and Arlington, TX. Enjoy steady freight, predictable running lanes, consistent weekly mileage, home time every week for your 34-hour reset, and full W-2 benefits.

Pay & Earnings:

• Pay Rate: $0.69 per mile
• Average Mileage: ~2,250 miles per week
• Estimated Weekly Earnings: ~$1,550+ per week

Route & Operations:

• Dedicated Route: Running Spring Hill, TN to Arlington, TX.
• Live unload and reload at supplier facilities.
• Drop-and-hook operations at the plant.

Schedule & Home Time:

• 3-Week Rotating Schedule:
  • Week 1: Monday/Thursday Pickups | Tuesday/Friday Deliveries
  • Week 2: Tuesday/Friday Pickups | Wednesday/Saturday Deliveries
  • Week 3: Wednesday Pickup | Thursday Delivery
• Home Time: 34-hour weekly resets completed at home following your final delivery of the week.
• Shift Details: Must be willing and able to drive night shifts.

Driver Requirements:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
• Experience Required (within the last 12 months):
  • At least 3 months of Over-the-Road (OTR) experience, OR
  • At least 6 months of verifiable local Class A tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must reside within 50 miles of the hiring location.
