The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data integration, performance tuning, batch processing, and production support within large-scale data warehouse ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy ETL/Data Integration solutions using IBM DataStage.
- Build and maintain complex ETL jobs for extracting, transforming, and loading data from multiple source systems.
- Develop and optimize Oracle SQL, PL/SQL procedures, packages, functions, and triggers.
- Perform data profiling, data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis.
- Monitor and troubleshoot ETL workflows, batch jobs, and production issues.
- Optimize ETL processes for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Work extensively in Linux/Unix environments for job scheduling, deployment, and automation.
- Implement shell scripts to automate operational and data-processing tasks.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and application teams to understand data requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
