The international IT company Intetics is looking for an experienced Data Strategy & AI Advisory Consultant to join our team.

The role involves advising on enterprise data strategy, AI adoption, governance, and operating models. You will work with business leaders and technical teams to assess organizational maturity, identify strategic opportunities, and develop practical roadmaps for analytics, AI, and data platform modernization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop enterprise Data and AI strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct Data and AI maturity assessments and recommend improvement roadmaps.
  • Define analytics operating models, governance structures, and decision-making processes.
  • Identify and prioritize BI, AI, ML, GenAI, and NLP use cases.
  • Develop AI-ready data platform and modernization strategies.
  • Advise on responsible AI principles, governance, and risk management.
  • Facilitate workshops and present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.
  • Support organizations in planning and implementing long-term data and AI initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience developing enterprise Data and AI strategies.
  • Experience conducting Data/AI maturity assessments.
  • Strong understanding of analytics operating models and governance frameworks.
  • Experience identifying business opportunities for BI, ML, GenAI, or NLP solutions.
  • Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, and organizational transformation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into actionable technology roadmaps.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Knowledge of AI governance frameworks such as ISO 42001 or NIST AI RMF.
  • Experience working with international organizations, public sector, HR, or Finance domains.
