We work with Small Business Banking partners to address their analytics needs by providing end-to-end support of data, reporting, analytics, insights, artificial intelligence and partnering with our AI teams in delivering best in Enterprise. Job Description:

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand analytical needs, translate business problems into actionable insights, and deliver compelling data storytelling that supports strategic decision-making and measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead Power BI modernization initiatives, working closely with the Power BI Centre of Excellence (COE) and Enablement teams to assess, rationalize, and prioritize legacy reporting assets. Develop and execute migration roadmaps for Tableau dashboards while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and self-service reporting capabilities.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet enterprise quality, risk, and governance standards by maintaining appropriate documentation, controls, and evidence required under pRCSA and related compliance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Data Solutions, Data Engineering, and Technology partners to define detailed data curation requirements, business rules, data quality expectations, and enhancement opportunities for enterprise data products.
  • Lead analytical engagements from problem definition through implementation, applying the And-But-Therefore (ABT) framework to communicate insights, recommendations, and business value to stakeholders and executives.
  • Partner with AI/ML teams to support the development, monitoring, valuation, and performance reporting of machine learning models, including creation of executive dashboards and insights that promote transparency, adoption, and ongoing model governance.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and optimize reporting assets across business portfolios, reducing duplication and improving consistency of KPIs, metrics, and executive reporting.
  • Provide thought leadership on reporting, analytics, visualization, and data-driven decision making while mentoring team members and promoting analytics best practices across the organization.
  • Work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, challenging data and technology environment that leverages multiple databases and tools
  • Work individually or as a team leveraging each other's knowledge and expertise
  • Ensure all deliverables meet enterprise quality, risk, and governance standards by maintaining appropriate documentation, controls, and evidence required under pRCSA and related compliance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Data Solutions, Data Engineering, and Technology partners to define detailed data curation requirements, business rules, data quality expectations, and enhancement opportunities for enterprise data products.

Required Qualifications:

  • Advanced university degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or other analytically based discipline
  • Over 5 years of work experience in analytics and reporting
  • Strong Power BI, Tableau Reporting and PySpark coding skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, solid background working with data and conducting analysis or planning complex data flows and processes
  • Superior communication skills with proven ability to communicate quantitative/ qualitative information and key messages in a clear and compelling way
  • Detail oriented with excellent organization skills and ability to effectively manage work under tight timelines and changing priorities
  • Disciplined with a proven track record of delivering results and executing with excellence


Technical Knowledge/Skills:

  • Advanced experience developing enterprise‑grade dashboards and reports using Power BI and/or Tableau.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, BI semantic layers, and visualization best practices.
  • Knowledge of AI-powered tools such as MS copilot to accelerate insights, automate repetitive analytics tasks, and unlock advance data exploration capabilities across BI workflows
  • Hands‑on experience with Databricks and Azure cloud services.
  • Working knowledge of Python and PySpark to support data preparation for BI use cases.
