Our Client 

Our client is a growing CFO and accounting services firm supporting values-led organisations. 

This Data Entry role is a key part of daily operations, ensuring that invoicing and transaction data within operational systems remain accurate and up to date. The work is highly repetitive and process-driven, requiring strong attention to detail and consistency. This role is ideal for a focused, methodical professional who thrives in structured workflows and takes pride in maintaining high accuracy. You will follow a defined process, and once primary tasks are completed, may support the team with additional administrative tasks as needed. 

Your Responsibilities 

• Accurately extract invoice information from daily reports and encode data into the operational invoicing system.  

• Perform self-checks to ensure entries are complete, accurate, and consistent with source data.  

• Identify and flag discrepancies or exceptions outside standard operating procedures.  

• Follow established processes to escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.  

• Meet daily volume targets to ensure all data from the daily report is processed within the required 6–8 hour timeframe.  

• Support additional administrative tasks once primary data entry work is completed. 

• Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including all applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines. 

Your Background 

• With relevant experience in data entry, encoding, or high-volume administrative and operational roles. 

• Strong familiarity with spreadsheet management including Excel or Google Sheets and experience navigating database or invoicing software. 

• A proven track record of maintaining high accuracy while performing repetitive, high-volume tasks. 

• The ability to remain diligent and consistent during day-in and day-out repetitive workflows. 

• Clear verbal and written communication skills for reporting exceptions and collaborating with the wider team.
