About this role

    • Own successful delivery outcomes across all active engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality expectations.
    • Establish and govern delivery excellence through standardized reporting, portfolio reviews, executive steering committees, and client governance frameworks.
    • Lead executive-level escalations and recovery programs for at-risk engagements.
    • Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, scope management processes, change controls, and risk mitigation strategies.
    • Drive consistency and operational excellence across AWS, Microsoft, Informatica Cloud, and multi-platform delivery teams.

     


     

 

 

 

Financial & Commercial Management

  • Own portfolio financial performance, including utilization, realization, delivery margin, forecasting accuracy, and revenue growth.
  • Manage large-scale consulting portfolios with accountability for P&L performance.
  • Collaborate with sales and account leadership to identify expansion opportunities, including upsell, cross-sell, managed services, and strategic transformation initiatives.
  • Support complex pursuits through solution validation, effort estimation, staffing strategies, pricing reviews, and executive presentations.
  • Ensure delivery organizations operate efficiently while maintaining client satisfaction and profitability.

Technical & Solution Governance

  • Establish and enforce engineering standards, reference architectures, quality controls, testing practices, CI/CD standards, and DataOps principles.
  • Partner with Solution Architects, Practice Leaders, and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to ensure scalable and secure solution designs.
  • Govern enterprise data modernization programs, including cloud migrations, platform consolidations, and data transformation initiatives.
  • Champion reusable accelerators, frameworks, intellectual property, and automation practices that improve delivery speed and margin.
  • Drive adoption of emerging capabilities including AI-assisted development, FinOps, data observability, and cloud-native architectures.

People Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead and mentor Delivery Managers, Program Managers, Engagement Managers, Architects, and Technical Leads.
  • Build succession plans and leadership pipelines to support organizational growth.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Resource Management teams on workforce planning, hiring strategies, and capacity forecasting.
  • Drive certification and technical development programs aligned with AWS, Microsoft, Informatica, Snowflake, and Databricks ecosystems.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, high performance, and continuous improvement.

Client & Partner Management

  • Serve as the executive delivery sponsor for strategic accounts and key customer relationships.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with client executives, including CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, VPs, and business stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with AWS, Microsoft, Informatica, and other technology partners to support joint initiatives, co-sell opportunities, and partnership growth objectives.
  • Own customer satisfaction metrics, executive feedback programs, and long-term account success.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for client delivery concerns and strategic planning discussions.
      • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
      • 15+ years of experience in IT consulting, professional services, or technology delivery.
      • 8+ years of leadership experience delivering enterprise Data & Analytics, Data Engineering, Cloud Data Platform, or Data Modernization programs.
      • 5+ years in a senior delivery leadership role (Senior Manager, Associate Director, Director, or equivalent).
      • Proven experience managing large-scale delivery portfolios consisting of multiple concurrent programs and teams exceeding 200 resources.
      • Demonstrated ownership of portfolio P&L, delivery operations, forecasting, resource management, and margin performance.
      • Deep expertise in at least two of the following:
        • AWS Data & Analytics Services
        • Microsoft Azure Data Platform / Microsoft Fabric
        • Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC)
        • Snowflake
        • Databricks
      • Experience leading enterprise-scale data migrations, modernization initiatives, cloud transformations, and platform consolidation programs.
      • Strong understanding of delivery governance frameworks, contract management, estimation methodologies, commercial models, and program risk management.
      • Experience supporting business development efforts and helping close multi-million-dollar consulting or managed services engagements.
      • Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
