What Will You Do?

As our Data & AI Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping clients turn fragmented and often complex data into meaningful insights, reporting solutions, and practical AI-powered capabilities.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on delivering real business outcomes. You'll work across a variety of client environments, connecting data from multiple systems, building reusable datasets, developing dashboards and reporting solutions, and enabling AI tools that help organisations work smarter.

You'll collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand business requirements, design solutions, and continuously improve outcomes through data and AI.

A major focus of the role will be creating clean, structured, AI-ready datasets and implementing repeatable solutions that can be leveraged across multiple clients.

What You'll Bring

Essential Experience
• Experience working with data through study, projects, internships, or commercial environments
• Experience cleaning, transforming, and structuring data for analysis and reporting
• Experience using AI tools and internal datasets to solve business problems
• Understanding of SQL, database structures, data lakes, and data modelling concepts
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools, BI platforms, and AI data solutions
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments
Essential Skills
• Data Analysis and Reporting
• Data Integration and Pipeline Development
• Power BI (or equivalent BI platform)
• SQL and Data Modelling
• AI Agents and AI Enablement Technologies
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Qualifications
• Qualification in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• Power BI Certification or equivalent experience
• Business Analysis qualification
• Data Analytics qualification
Desirable:
• Project Management qualification
• Change Management qualification
