Company Description

  • Contract: Permanent - 37.5 hours per week
  • Salary: circa £27,015.89 
  • Location: Bristol  - Castlemead BS1 3AG
  • Days of Work: Monday to Friday 
  • Hours of Work: Typically between 08:00 and 17:30

Job Description

Our Credit and Billing Team are currently recruiting for an ambitious and motivated Data Administrator (New Accounts Facilitator internally) to join their highly skilled Team. 

We are looking for a target driven individual with an attention to detail who has a background of fast paced administration based roles.

You will also be focussed on;

  • Data input of credit application details onto internal systems to create new customer accounts
  • Validating information provided by customers against relevant external data sources
  • Credit check applications using nominated credit agencies
  • Applying account sanctions against company policy based on all available data
  • Liaising with Sales Teams via telephone and email to resolve any queries preventing the opening of a new customer account   

Qualifications

About You

As the successful candidate your CV will clearly demonstrate that you have developed strong all round administrative experience ideally gained within a similar environment.

Due to the nature of our business the ability to thrive in a busy and fast paced environment would be preferred.

Your strong organisational, communication and computer literacy skills will be fully utilised in this role. Alongside these you will need to have;

  • Computer literacy, with the ability to use Microsoft and G Suite packages
  • You will have strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner and the ability to build a quick rapport with internal and external customers
  • High attention to detail and ability to produce quality work and manage your time effectively
  • You will be polite and professional at all times and have a willingness to go the ‘extra mile’ to exceed expectations
  • Ability to work as a team player and on your own initiative
  • Demonstrate high levels of self-motivation and initiative to effectively problem solve.
