Dance Instructor (flexible, as-needed)

About the role

HealthFitness is looking for an as-needed/substitute/fill-in (number of hours working depends on demand and scheduling) Dance Group Fitness Instructor to join the fitness team at our client site located in Kingsport, TN. We are open to various formats of dance classes!

Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe dance fitness group exercise to members.

Minimum Requirements

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. The compensation range for this role is $18/hr.
