About the role

As the Presales Solution Design Architect, you will serve as the authoritative technical resource guiding the development and delivery of innovative, scalable unified communication and collaboration solutions. Your work will enable presales agility by simplifying architectures, integrating new services, and establishing reusable frameworks, thus fueling our global growth. • Lead end-to-end international bid processes by providing early consultancy, architectural expertise, non-standard costing, and facilitating smooth post-sale transitions. • Deliver expert design support aligned with Strategic Value Propositions, focusing on creating scalable and reusable solution components that enhance presales independence. • Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure solutions are strategically positioned, implementable, and operable. • Design solutions that harmonize technical quality with commercial competitiveness, optimize response times, and comply with Secure by Design standards. • Proactively assess and manage architectural risks to support seamless transition from presales to post-sales delivery phases. • Produce high-level design documentation with maturity, co-develop service definitions, and consistently enrich solution repositories with innovations and delivery insights. • Monitor emerging trends in Unified Communication & Collaboration and AI to recommend technological adoptions aligned with business strategies. • Engage in cross-functional collaboration to influence and integrate diverse perspectives for enhanced solution delivery.

About you

You possess advanced expertise in Voice, IPT, Contact Center, AI, and digital integration domains. Your experience includes designing cloud-enabled UC&C solutions utilizing platforms such as Cisco, Microsoft, and Genesys. You have a strong understanding of service management ecosystems like ServiceNow and observability tools such as Splunk, complemented by skills in digital integration and API development. Proven track record of collaborating across sales, product management, engineering, and operations to validate solutions commercially. You adapt effectively to fast-changing environments while maintaining focus on results, customer satisfaction, and knowledge sharing within diverse cultural contexts.Your professional skills:• Demonstrated advanced knowledge in Voice, IPT, Contact Center, AI, and digital integration technologies supporting unified communication solutions.• Proven experience designing and validating UC&C architectures leveraging cloud, AI, automation, and digital technologies with leading vendors including Cisco, Microsoft, Zoom, Genesys, Nice, and Sprinklr.• Strong understanding of service management platforms such as ServiceNow and observability tools like Splunk to ensure integrated service delivery.• Working knowledge of digital integration and API development enabling seamless connectivity between telecommunications and enterprise IT infrastructures.• Proven capability to collaborate across sales, product management, engineering, and operations functions to develop competitive pricing, value propositions, and validate solutions.• Adaptability in fostering innovative approaches and adjusting to rapid technological advancements while maintaining solution excellence.Your soft skills:• Ability to work independently and dynamically in environments with varying demands, demonstrating flexibility and effective multi-tasking capabilities.• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact efficiently across all organizational levels and cultural boundaries.• Capacity to thrive in unfamiliar environments by transforming challenges into opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction focus.• Competency to operate effectively within multicultural teams, contributing to inclusive and collaborative work settings.• Strong leadership traits with the ability to influence, negotiate, and persuade stakeholders, while crafting compelling narratives to engage and align diverse audiences.
