Für die Betreuung unserer Kunden in Nord/Ost-Deutschland (Berlin, Magdeburg) suchen wir ab sofort eine/n
Service-Techniker/in (m/w/d) für die UV, IR und Thermische Analyse (im Außendienst)
Die Aufgaben:
- Betreuung unserer Kunden vor Ort hinsichtlich der Installation, Wartung, Reparatur und Qualifizierung der Analysegeräte
- Beratung des Kunden im Hinblick auf Software-Updates, Geräte-Upgrades, Qualifizierungen sowie Prozessoptimierungen
- Dokumentation der Kundendiensteinsätze und Störungsbilder in den entsprechenden Systemen
- Bei Bedarf Unterstützung unseres Service Teams
Das gesuchte Profil:
- Technikerausbildung in den Bereichen Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Mechatronik oder Physik/Chemie oder höher
- Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im technischen Kundendienst softwarebasierter, analytischer Systeme
- Selbständige, strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise
- Organisationstalent, Engagement sowie ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Kenntnisse des MS-Office-Paketes
- Wohnsitz verkehrsgünstig im zu betreuenden Gebiet
- Gültige Fahrerlaubnis und Reisebereitschaft
