About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to build strong relationships with our clients and help them achieve success using our fintech solutions.
As a CSM, you will be the trusted partner for our customers, driving product adoption, ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting retention, and helping clients maximize the value of our solutions.
You will work with international clients across different markets and collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams. As part of a growing startup, you will have the opportunity to shape customer success practices, improve processes, and make a meaningful impact.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, resilient, and enjoys solving problems in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and act as the main point of contact for clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customer stakeholders.
- Lead customer onboarding, product adoption, engagement, and success activities.
- Monitor customer health, identify risks, and proactively drive solutions.
- Support renewals, retention, and account growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to internal teams.
- Maintain customer records, reports, and success metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, IT, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, Project Management, or similar roles.
- Experience working with SaaS, fintech, banking, or enterprise technology solutions is preferred.
- Experience managing enterprise and/or international clients is a strong advantage.
- Strong business English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-changing startup environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with banks or financial institutions.
- Understanding of SaaS customer lifecycle, adoption, and retention strategies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a technology company.
