We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Agent in Warsaw to support our online users and manage customers’ inquiries. Working closely with our auction support teams, you will often be the very first impression for our customers - so confident, professional communication skills are an absolute must.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to online customers via phone, email, and live chat, managing an average volume of 50–65 calls per day.
- Assist users with general inquiries, website navigation, order tracking, and effective complaint resolution.
- Act as the primary brand ambassador for AutoBidMaster, influencing customers to return through positive, memorable interactions.
- Engage potential buyers in smart, consultative dialogues to build trust and guide their customer journey.
- Bring our core values to life in every single conversation with customers and the team.
- Execute strategies to improve customer success and increase retention.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in Customer Support/Service and the e-commerce industry.
- Familiarity with Zendesk or other ticket-based support platforms.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, a go-getter mentality, and an eagerness to learn quickly.
Terms & Schedule:
- Contract: Full-time, long-term B2B contract
- Working hours: 15:00 - 00:00 CET (onsite)
- Holidays: We follow the US calendar (all US public holidays are observed days off)
