Ben jij een commerciële aanjager die energie krijgt van het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten? Iemand die niet wacht tot kansen langskomen, maar ze zelf creëert?

Dan is dit jouw rol.
Bij Carel Lurvink Medical zoeken we geen traditionele accountmanager, maar een commerciële doorpakker die onze positie in de zorgmarkt verder uitbouwt.
Wat ga je doen?
Jouw focus is helder: groei realiseren. Je opent nieuwe deuren binnen ziekenhuizen en zorginstellingen en weet commerciële kansen om te zetten in duurzame samenwerkingen.
Je:
- Jaagt actief op new business binnen de zorgsector
- Stapt makkelijk binnen bij nieuwe klanten en bouwt relaties vanaf nul op
- Voert commerciële gesprekken met o.a. inkopers en facilitair managers
- Signaleert kansen en vertaalt deze naar concrete oplossingen
- Positioneert onze (eigen) merken overtuigend in de markt
- Stuurt het volledige salesproces aan: van eerste contact tot deal
- Onderhoudt en bouwt bestaande relaties uit d.m.v. workshops en trainingen.
Je krijgt daarin veel vrijheid en duidelijke targets.
Wat breng jij mee?
We zoeken iemand die commercieel sterk is en zich comfortabel voelt in de zorgomgeving.
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een commerciële B2B-rol
- Aantoonbare ervaring met new business en acquisitie
- Je bent gewend om actief deuren te openen
- Je weet hoe je je beweegt binnen organisaties in de zorg
- Je schakelt makkelijk met verschillende stakeholders
- Je denkt in kansen en pakt door
- HBO werk- en denkniveau
Ervaring in de zorg (bijv. ziekenhuizen, VVT of medische producten) is een sterke pré. Dit geeft je een vliegende start in deze rol
