ObjectiveTo manage the ordering activities for the organization, including timely and accurate entry of all orders received; and performs other customer service-related activities.
Job Description
Main Duties
- Supports end-to-end order processing activities, including order entry, order acknowledgment, customer order confirmations, and order revisions. Ensures accurate and timely coordination with planning department for delivery date confirmations, & with logistics/shipping team for shipment alignment.
- Interacts with Asian customers, company sales and/or service representatives/ company inter-departments to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions related to order processing & shipping.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Handles requests for additional company materials.
- May prepare or review reports for order processing related matters and take necessary actions, and other reports/material as deemed necessary in the performance of function.
- Complete all required professional development and compliance training in the LMS platform.
- Performs duties as indicated in the annual KPI assigned by superiors.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support sales growth, customer satisfaction, and overall business objectives as aligned with immediate superior.
Background
- College graduate of any Business courses.
- Direct customer support experience including administrative experience.
- Knowledgeable and has background in ERP system.
Skills
- Excellent command of English language both oral and written.
- Basic customer service skills are preferred.
- Knowledgeable in business tools such as email, microsoft office, video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Teams etc.
