The Opportunity
Our Fielders business is looking for a Customer Service/Storeperson to join the team based in Bunbury, WA. With a proud history starting in Adelaide, today Fielders manufactures and markets steel building products across Australia. We deliver customer-inspired outcomes that support architects, engineers, builders, installers and property owners in creating their vision.
This position supports our branch operations in ensuring our products and solutions are delivered in a safe and timely manner for our customers. In this customer facing role we are looking for someone who wants to learn and is a team player. You will receive ongoing training and support to learn all aspects of the role.
This is a permanent, full-time position. Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm.
What Will You Do?
Working collaboratively with a small team, you will:
- safely load and unload our products on and off trucks
- accurately pick and pack orders to prepare for customer collection
- locate and organise the storage of products
- check picked orders, invoicing and branch transfers
- complete general filing of receipts and invoices
- process customer orders through accurate data entry
- provide housekeeping and maintenance of the warehouse area
- assist the Warehouse Manager with periodic stock checks
- successfully contribute to a safe working environment

- experience within a stores/warehouse environment
- customer service experience
