Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and inbox, including sales orders and quotations.
- Respond to customers promptly and accurately, providing solutions and following up to ensure resolution.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service while identifying upselling opportunities.
- Process customer accounts, maintain accurate records, and ensure communications are professional and on-brand.
- Assist customers with our web portal and share feedback and insights with Account Managers and relevant teams.
- Follow established communication procedures, processes, and systems.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including all applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of customer service experience.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and clear communication.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Team player with a humble, flexible, and collaborative attitude.
