Cómo vas a impactar
- Gestionar el procesamiento de pedidos mediante SAP.
- Dar seguimiento oportuno al estatus de órdenes y asegurar su correcta ejecución.
- Identificar y resolver incidencias de forma ágil mediante análisis de causa raíz.
- Elaborar y analizar reportes en Excel para el seguimiento de indicadores y procesos.
- Mantener una comunicación efectiva con clientes y áreas internas.
- Atender llamadas y brindar soporte relacionado con consultas, solicitudes e incidencias.
- Contribuir a la mejora continua de los procesos de servicio al cliente.
Requisitos mínimos
- Certificado de preparatoria o equivalente, Carrera técnica en administración o afines o Licenciatura trunca o terminada en Administración o afines.
- Manejo del software Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access y Outlook).
- Manejo de SAP.
- Experiencia en:
- Atención al cliente
- Seguimiento de pedidos
- Elaboración de reportes
- Contar con alta capacidad de análisis, habilidades de comunicación, proactivo, buena actitud de servicio, gestión de tiempo y trabajo bajo presión
Requisitos deseados
- Experiencia identificando causas raíz e implementando mejoras de servicio.
