Customer Service Representative

ACG_3710_JOB Our client is a top-notch manufacturing company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. Ensure compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures. Maintain departmental documentation relating to the Company’s quality management system. Prepare quotations, generate sales orders, and create new part records in the system. Conduct contract reviews to ensure compliance with quality management system requirements. Support the Manager in coordinating and communicating with all departments involved in product manufacturing and delivery. Perform denied-party screening for international quotations and sales orders. Maintain records and control all sales order and quotation documentation in accordance with the Trade Compliance Manual. Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager. Requirements College diploma, bachelor’s degree, higher qualification, or an equivalent credential. Knowledge of the oil and gas industry is preferred. Previous experience in a customer service role, together with relevant manufacturing knowledge, is preferred. Ability to build trust and confidence with management. Good proficiency in all four English skills. Proficiency in ERP software. Good technical knowledge.
