Principali responsabilità

  • Interfaccia diretta con clienti B2B per aggiornamenti e gestione delle richieste
  • Supporto e collaborazione costante con il team Customer Service
  • Analisi e risoluzione proattiva di problematiche operative, garantendo risposte tempestive ed efficaci alle esigenze dei clienti
  • Gestione delle escalation e coordinamento con i team interni per identificare soluzioni rapide e migliorare la customer experience

Qualifiche ed esperienza

  • Esperienza in Customer Service, preferibilmente nel settore trasporti o logistica
  • Inglese livello B2 per interfacciarsi con il team internazionale
  • Ottime capacità di problem solving e gestione delle priorità
  • Attitudine al lavoro in team e alla gestione di contesti dinamici
  • Buone capacità comunicative e orientamento al cliente

Fascia retributiva associata alla posizione : 23-25k.
