Customer Relationship Executive

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited in the CLM Domestic BFSI | Manpower - Back office department. Your primary focus will be to handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional support, and foster strong relationships with our valued clients. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a warm and professional interaction, and working towards resolving any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated with the latest company offerings and industry trends.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve customer service processes.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure data privacy.
• Assist in developing and implementing customer engagement strategies.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the BFSI industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Basic knowledge of banking or financial services is preferred.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for customer service.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
