As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its values. Your primary role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, providing product/service information, and resolving any issues that may arise. • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a BFSI environment.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management tools.
