As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited in the BFSI sector. Your primary goal is to create a positive and lasting impression on our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing product/service information, and resolving any issues they may have.
