We are looking for a Customer Operations Intern to support customer onboarding, day-to-day enquiries and product adoption across our products and markets. You will help customers use our solutions, coordinate issue resolution and maintain accurate records while gaining experience in fintech customer operations.


Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries, resolve routine issues and escalate those requiring specialist support.
  • Support onboarding through account setup guidance, training coordination and follow-ups.
  • Track customer issues, provide timely updates and maintain accurate support records.
  • Follow up with customers to identify adoption challenges and provide approved guidance.
  • Gather customer feedback and highlight recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
  • Help maintain FAQs, customer guides and training materials.
  • Prepare routine reports on support activity, onboarding progress and customer feedback.
  • Work with internal teams to follow through on customer needs and outstanding actions.
  • Handle customer information responsibly and follow company procedures.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in
    Business, Communications or a related discipline.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace, spreadsheets and digital communication tools.
  • Willingness to learn new products, support systems and processes.
  • Good judgement, a problem-solving mindset and a professional approach to customer concerns.
  • Interest in fintech, business software and customer experience.
  • Previous customer-facing experience is an advantage.
