About this role

Job Description:

Your main mission will be to support and contribute to the delivery of robust and reliable solutions meeting customers expectations and enhance collaboration with our customers.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

  • Act as the focal point for scheduled maintenance engineering support and services

  • Understand and communicate internally Customer needs for all Maintenance Engineering Services and Retrofit Solutions - Service Bulletins

  • Facilitate technical discussion with the customer

  • Listen and help customers maintain fleets efficiently in safe and airworthy conditions.

  • Communicate Customer interests / feedback  to the service team

  • Be closer to customer and address operational needs

  • Support Parking & Storage and Return To Service team in their daily activities

CUSTOMER SERVICES

  • Manage a portfolio of customers for the delivery of Maintenance Engineering services on cost, on time & on quality;

  • Perform airline on-site assistance for maintenance programme, planning evaluation and other services;

  • Recurrent review with the customer to address Maintenance Engineering Services and Retrofit topics (support & service)

  • Lecturer at the schedule maintenance seminar

  • Ensure Maintenance Engineering Services contracts fulfillment

  • Improve Customer satisfaction and ensure active follow up of each customer by various communication means (teleconferences, webex, emails and meetings).

  • Ensure that airlines maintenance programmes/planning deliverables are produced and delivered in accordance with customer's expectations;
