Partnering closely with Strategic Customer Success Managers, you'll serve as the technical leader for complex enterprise accounts, designing scalable solutions that span product configuration, integrations, business processes, and operational workflows.  This is a highly strategic, cross-functional role for someone who enjoys solving difficult problems, influencing without authority, and building repeatable solutions that improve customer outcomes. You'll work closely with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Support to remove technical and operational barriers while helping shape the future of Enterprise Customer Success at Restaurant365.
