As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Experience in setting and enforcing coding standards and best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Skilled in collaborating across cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with business objectives.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and quality assurance methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
