Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing effective solutions to meet those needs. The role includes coding and testing multiple components of application software, ensuring that each element functions seamlessly within the broader system. Additionally, the position requires ongoing maintenance and enhancement of existing applications to improve performance and address any issues. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is a regular part of the day, fostering a dynamic environment focused on delivering high-quality software solutions tailored to diverse client demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of software components with project goals.
- Document development processes and maintain clear communication regarding project progress.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform, Apache Airflow, PySpark.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apache Airflow, PySpark.
- Strong understanding of data processing and analytics workflows within cloud-based platforms.
- Experience in developing, testing, and deploying scalable data solutions.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to optimize data pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data analytics environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
