Position: CTC TLJ-300 / Extrusion Operator
Department: CTC / Production
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor TLJ-300 / Extrusion Machine as per SOP.
- Set machine parameters and maintain required product quality.
- Monitor extrusion process, dimensions, surface quality and defects.
- Maintain production records and material traceability.
- Perform routine machine checks and 5S housekeeping.
- Follow safety and quality standards.
- Report machine abnormalities and quality issues to the Supervisor.
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical
Experience: 1–5 years in extrusion, CTC, copper processing or similar manufacturing.
