Join Fortrea (sponsor-dedicated) and play a key role in the successful delivery of global clinical trials by providing essential operational and administrative support to study teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and tracking of clinical trial activities and documentation.
- Maintain Trial Master File (TMF) documentation and study tracking systems.
- Coordinate study materials, supplies, and shipment logistics.
- Assist with Investigator Meetings and project-related communications.
- Collaborate with study teams, investigative sites, sponsors, and vendors.
- Prepare reports and ensure accurate study records and data management.
- Provide overall administrative support to clinical project teams.
What We're Looking For
- Associate degree or equivalent qualification, or relevant clinical research experience.
- Previous administrative experience or exposure to the clinical research, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
Experience (Minimum Required):
- Minimum one (I) year clinical research administrative experience or equivalent training.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Aptitude for handling and proof-reading numerical data, some spreadsheet software competency.
