RENAULT Group accélère sa transformation 'DIGITAL 4.0’. Au cœur des enjeux du Groupe, le Département Ingénierie Process Assemblage, en charge du développement et de la mise en œuvre des process industriels de production, construit sa stratégie de performance du Manufacturing sur le jumeau numérique de l'usine du futur, connectée, ancrée dans le METAVERSE Industriel.
Dans ce contexte vous serez intégrée/intégré à l’équipe Digitale du département et apporterez votre concours à la réalisation de cette ambition.
Vos missions :
Dans le cadre de votre stage, vous serez en charge de l’optimisation du plan de surveillance industriel par IA qui comprend un volet déploiement contrôle par tablette réalité augmentée et un volet mesure géométrie caisse par capteur ou caméra vision.
- Participation au développement et à l’optimisation de solutions de contrôle qualité basées sur la réalité augmentée et la vision industrielle.
- Réaliser un diagnostic technique des systèmes existants et identifier les contraintes opérationnelles.
- Améliorer la robustesse du tracking, de la prise de vue et des algorithmes de mesure.
- Définir les principes d’utilisation des briques IA et contribuer aux POC de mesure 1D.
- Tester les solutions sur projets Renault, valider leur performance et mesurer les gains.
- Formaliser les processus d’utilisation et produire des scripts Python si nécessaire.
- Accompagner le déploiement auprès des équipes et assurer la montée en compétence des utilisateurs.
Qui êtes-vous ?
- Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau BAC+5 d'une école d’ingénieure à dominante mécanique ou un master avec une spécialisation en mécanique, avec une connaissance du monde de l’IA compatible avec GCP, en programmation Python et tableau de bord looker , et vous recherchez un stage de 6 mois.
- Vous êtes motivée/motivé, curieuse/curieux, autonome et force de proposition.
