Contexte et environnement de travail :

Au sein de la direction Transformation Digitale, vous contribuerez à l’amélioration de l’accès à l’information et à la rationalisation des contenus internes. Votre mission s’inscrit dans un projet stratégique de Knowledge Management, combinant audit documentaire, simplification des parcours utilisateurs et exploitation des capacités offertes par l’IA générative (Copilot M365, moteurs de recherche documentaires). Vous interviendrez dans un environnement moderne, orienté expérience utilisateur, gouvernance des contenus et innovation digitale.

Vos missions :

Vous participerez à la refonte du portail documentaire et à l’optimisation de l’expérience utilisateur. Vos activités incluront :

  • Réaliser l’audit des contenus existants (SACR, Helpsite, sources associées)
  • Cartographier les parcours utilisateurs et analyser les usages
  • Identifier doublons, incohérences et pistes de simplification.
  • Définir une architecture d’information cible.
  • Concevoir une expérience utilisateur claire et intuitive.
  • Accompagner la migration et la rationalisation des contenus.
  • Mettre en place une gouvernance documentaire (ownership, maintenance, qualité).
  • Exploiter l’IA générative et Copilot M365 pour améliorer la recherche et l’accès à l’information.
  • Préparer les supports de communication et d’adoption utilisateurs.
  • Construire des indicateurs de suivi et de performance du portail.

Qui êtes‑vous ?

Étudiant(e) Bac+5 en école d’ingénieur ou Master 2, avec un intérêt marqué pour :

  • La transformation digitale et l’amélioration de l’expérience utilisateur.
  • Le Knowledge Management et la structuration de contenus.
  • L’IA générative et les outils d’assistance (Copilot M365).
  • La conception de parcours utilisateurs et l’architecture d’information.
  • Vous êtes rigoureux(se), curieux(se), à l’aise avec l’analyse, la synthèse et la communication. Une première expérience en UX, documentation, IA ou transformation digitale est un plus.
