Contexte et environnement de travail :


Au sein de l’équipe M&A (Fusions-Acquisitions), vous contribuerez au bon pilotage de l’activité d’origination et au suivi des opérations en cours. Le stage combine une dimension analytique (recherches, screenings, veille) et une dimension opérationnelle (reporting, gestion de bases de données, support sur des transactions de petite taille).

Vous travaillerez en proximité avec les membres de l’équipe M&A et interagirez, selon les sujets, avec d’autres parties prenantes internes (finance, stratégie, juridique) et des interlocuteurs externes (conseils, contacts marché).


Vos missions :


Origination & intelligence de marché

  • Mettre à jour et enrichir les bases de données d’opportunités M&A (cibles, secteurs, contacts).
  • Réaliser des recherches sectorielles et des screenings de marché (cartographies d’acteurs, tendances, positionnements).
  • Participer à la veille stratégique et concurrentielle (mouvements de marché, annonces, transactions comparables).

Suivi des opérations & reporting

  • Suivre les indicateurs clés des opérations (étapes, montants, interlocuteurs, jalons).
  • Produire des tableaux de bord et des synthèses destinés aux comités internes.
  • Assurer la qualité, la cohérence et la fiabilité des données dans les outils de suivi (structuration, mises à jour, contrôles).

Support transactionnel (petits deals)

  • Contribuer à la préparation de documents transactionnels : teasers, pitchs, mémos.
  • Participer à la coordination des due diligences sur des transactions de petite taille (suivi des demandes, consolidation d’informations).
  • Assister l’équipe sur les tâches opérationnelles et administratives liées aux opérations (organisation, suivi, documentation).


Qui êtes-vous ?


  • Vous préparez une formation Bac+4/5 (école de commerce, université, ingénieur) avec une spécialisation en finance d’entreprise, stratégie, audit, ou transaction services.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec l’analyse et la structuration d’informations, et vous aimez transformer des données “marché” en livrables clairs.
  • Vous avez un très bon niveau de rigueur et un sens du détail (fiabilisation de bases de données, suivi d’indicateurs).
  • Vous savez produire des supports synthétiques et soignés (PowerPoint/Google Slides) et manipuler des données (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Vous faites preuve de discrétion et respectez la confidentialité inhérente aux sujets M&A.
  • Vous avez un bon relationnel, un esprit d’équipe et une capacité à gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle.
