Contexte et environnement de travail :


Au sein de l'équipe Scouting Hub, vous contribuerez à l'identification et à l'analyse d'innovations, start-up et partenaires technologiques en lien avec les enjeux stratégiques de l'entreprise.

Vos missions :

  • Réaliser des activités de veille et de scouting technologique en Europe.
  • Contribuer à la préparation des réunions et instances de pilotage du scouting.
  • Participer à la préparation et au suivi des salons, conférences et événements d'innovation.
  • Rédiger des synthèses, rapports de visite et analyses de tendances.
  • Assurer le suivi des contacts et opportunités identifiés lors des événements.
  • Participer à la structuration, à la capitalisation et à la valorisation des connaissances collectées.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus de scouting en proposant et en évaluant de nouveaux outils digitaux (IA, automatisation, gestion des connaissances, veille technologique, CRM, etc.) afin d'accroître l'efficacité des activités de détection, d'analyse et de suivi des innovations.

Qui êtes-vous ?

  • Élève ingénieur ou étudiant(e) en Master 2 (Innovation, Technologies, Intelligence économique, Data/IA ou équivalent).
  • Curieux(se), autonome et doté(e) de bonnes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse.
  • Intérêt marqué pour l'innovation, les technologies émergentes et les outils numériques.
  • Aisance rédactionnelle et maîtrise de l'anglais.

Ce stage vous permettra de découvrir les écosystèmes européens de l'innovation, d'interagir avec des experts de nombreux domaines technologiques et de contribuer à l'évolution des pratiques et outils de scouting de demain.
