Contexte et environnement de travail :
RENAULT Group accelere sa demarche IA Renault Augmented . Au cœur des enjeux du Groupe, le Département Ingénierie Process Assemblage, en charge du développement et de la mise en œuvre des process industriels de production, construit sa stratégie de performance du Manufacturing sur le jumeau numérique de l'usine du futur connectée, ancrée dans le METAVERSE Industriel.
Vos missions :
Dans le cadre de votre stage, vous serez en charge de booster la productivite IA qui comprend 2 volets:
- Volet #1 : Animation d'un groupe de travail hebdomadaire IA au quotidien. En s’appuyant sur des solutions IA LLM disponibles dans l'environnement Google Renault ou Copilot , vous développerez et testerez de nouveaux assistants de recherche de normes ciblés sur les métiers de la tôlerie, création de planning et vous les déploierez dans les équipes du technocentre. Vous comparerez les résultats de vos agents avec une application générique qui gère l'ensemble de la documentation ingénierie.
- Volet #2 : Développer des applications IA permettant de valoriser les données présentes dans le PLM tôlerie. En relation avec le PLM tôlerie Teamcenter Manufacturing (SIEMENS) , vous étudierez et développerez un prototype permettant de créer des vues en plan d'un modèle 3D format JT et d'y ajouter des étiquettes de spécifications issue d'un standard ou du véhicule précédent.Vous développerez des tableaux bord Looker issue du cloud privé Renault GCP pour animer la contrôle Tower dynamique du département sur les projets en développement Monde.
Pour chaque volet vous devrez :
- Faire le diagnostic ciblé de l’état de référence
- Comprendre et clarifier les contraintes techniques de chaque solution
- Etablir les principes d’utilisation de la brique technologique IA pour améliorer les systèmes d’analyse et contrôle de cohérence
- Réaliser des tests sur différents cas pratiques et projets Renault en cours , valider les solutions et évaluer les gains associés
- Définir le processus d’utilisation
- Déployer la solution auprès des utilisateurs pour application sur les projets
Qui êtes-vous ?
Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau BAC+5 d'une école d’ingénieure à dominante mathematiques, avec une connaissance du monde de l’IA compatible avec GCP et tableau de bord looker, et vous recherchez un stage de 6 mois.
Vous êtes motivé(e), curieux(se) autonome et force de proposition.
