Contexte et environnement de travail :


La Direction Santé Sécurité EIF poursuit la transformation de sa culture de prévention et renforce l’engagement des collaborateurs et des managers autour des enjeux Santé-Sécurité. Dans ce contexte, vous rejoignez une équipe en dynamique de transformation, avec l’objectif de développer une communication moderne, attractive et impactante, au service de la prévention et de l’animation des réseaux internes.

En tant que stagiaire chargé(e) de communication Santé Sécurité, vous contribuerez à rendre visibles les actions menées, à valoriser les initiatives terrain et à accompagner le changement par des contenus et des formats adaptés aux différentes populations (collaborateurs, managers, relais prévention).


Vos missions :


Développer les supports de communication

  • Concevoir et mettre à jour des supports variés : affiches, flyers, infographies, newsletters, présentations, kits de communication.
  • Adapter les messages aux cibles (terrain, managers, fonctions support) et aux canaux internes.
  • Proposer des formats innovants (capsules courtes, visuels pédagogiques, FAQ, “bonnes pratiques”, etc.).

Animer la communication Santé Sécurité

  • Participer à l’animation du calendrier éditorial Santé Sécurité (temps forts, campagnes, événements).
  • Diffuser les communications sur les canaux internes (intranet, mails, écrans, supports locaux, communautés/réseaux).
  • Contribuer à la cohérence des messages et à l’harmonisation des contenus au niveau EIF.

Valoriser les initiatives terrain

  • Identifier et mettre en avant les bonnes pratiques et initiatives locales (interviews, retours d’expérience, portraits, “success stories”).
  • Collecter et structurer l’information auprès des sites/équipes et la transformer en contenus accessibles et engageants.
  • Créer des supports de valorisation “prêts à l’emploi” pour les relais prévention.

Accompagner les projets de transformation

  • Contribuer à la communication liée aux projets de transformation Santé Sécurité (adhésion, compréhension des objectifs, adoption).
  • Aider à préparer des supports pour les réunions, ateliers et comités (présentations, synthèses, messages clés).
  • Participer à la coordination avec les parties prenantes internes (prévention, RH, managers, communication interne, etc.).

Mesurer l’impact des actions menées

  • Suivre des indicateurs de performance (diffusion, engagement, participation, retours terrain).
  • Produire des bilans/capitalisations et proposer des actions d’amélioration continue (formats, messages, canaux).


Qui êtes-vous ?


  • Vous préparez une formation Bac+3 à Bac+5 en communication, communication interne, marketing, RH ou équivalent.
  • Vous avez de très bonnes qualités rédactionnelles et une capacité à simplifier et rendre pédagogiques des sujets sérieux.
  • Vous êtes créatif(ve), organisé(e) et rigoureux(se), avec un bon sens du détail (mise en forme, cohérence, qualité des livrables).
  • Vous aimez travailler en équipe, aller au contact du terrain et transformer des informations opérationnelles en messages impactants.
  • Vous êtes sensible aux enjeux de prévention, de sécurité au travail et d’amélioration continue.
  • La maîtrise d’outils de création (Canva, PowerPoint, suite Office/Google, éventuellement outils vidéo simples) est un plus.
