Responsabilités
- Contribuer à la génération d'idées innovantes et à l'amélioration continue des processus de l'équipe.
- Identifier des opportunités de simplification, d'automatisation et de digitalisation des activités.
- Participer au suivi de la performance du métier Achats et au développement d'outils d'aide à la décision.
- Apporter un support aux acheteurs dans leurs activités quotidiennes et leurs analyses métier.
Profil recherché
- Étudiant(e) en Bac+5 (école d'ingénieur ou universitaire) avec une spécialisation en mécanique, automobile, génie industriel, achats, supply chain ou domaine équivalent.
- Intérêt marqué pour les technologies automobiles, les groupes motopropulseurs (moteurs thermiques, hybrides, transmissions manuelles et automatiques) et les enjeux de transformation de l'industrie automobile.
- Capacité à comprendre et synthétiser des sujets techniques et business complexes.
- Bonnes capacités d'analyse, de communication et de travail en équipe.
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Anglais courant indispensable.
- Curieux(se), autonome et force de proposition.
- Appétence pour les outils numériques modernes et les nouvelles méthodes de travail (Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, outils collaboratifs, IA générative, automatisation de tâches, gestion des connaissances), afin d'identifier des pistes d'amélioration et d'accompagner la performance de l'équipe.
