Job Description

Rejoignez Renault Group et participez à la transformation de la fonction Finance au sein de la Direction Global Financial Reporting & Controls.

Rattaché(e) au Manager Process de la Comptabilité Auxiliaire, vous intégrerez une équipe internationale dont la mission est d'assurer la performance et la conformité des processus Fournisseurs (Accounts Payable) et Clients (Accounts Receivable) à l'échelle mondiale.

Vos missions

Au sein de l'équipe, vous contribuerez à :

  • Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance des processus comptables.
  • Participer à l'identification des axes d'amélioration et au pilotage des plans d'actions.
  • Accompagner les centres de services dans l'optimisation de leurs activités.
  • Contribuer aux projets de transformation impactant les processus financiers : évolutions des systèmes, nouvelles réglementations, nouveaux flux ou changements d'organisation.
  • Réaliser des analyses de données et préparer des supports de présentation à destination du management.
  • Participer au suivi de projets stratégiques du Groupe tels que la digitalisation des processus financiers, l'automatisation ou encore la facturation électronique.

Profil recherché

Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau BAC+5 en Finance, Comptabilité, Contrôle de Gestion, Audit ou Gestion de Projet.

Vous êtes :

  • À l'aise en anglais dans un contexte professionnel.
  • Curieux(se), rigoureux(se) et doté(e) d'un bon esprit d'analyse.
  • Force de proposition et capable de travailler en équipe dans un environnement international.
  • À l'aise avec les outils bureautiques, notamment Excel et PowerPoint.

Une appétence pour l'analyse de données, les outils de reporting (Power BI, Celonis, SAP, etc.) ou les projets de transformation digitale serait un plus.
